Amarok Sport Adventure – A husky adventure finished with a traditional sauna
Amarok Sport Adventure offers a private, wood-heated sauna experience in the peaceful surroundings of Pudasjärvi. The sauna accommodates up to five people and is heated in advance, ready for your arrival. After a short introduction, you are free to adjust the temperature to your liking. For an authentic Nordic contrast, step outside and cool off in the snow between sauna sessions. Inside the sauna, a wood-heated water tank provides warm water for rinsing.
The sauna is available daily from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and can be booked as a private experience for 120€. Bath towels are available for rent on request at 5€ per person.
To complete the experience, Amarok Sport Adventure also offers unforgettable husky safaris. The Amarok Sport Adventure team and their 64 huskies welcome visitors for authentic dog sledding adventures in the Arctic landscape near Pudasjärvi. Husky safaris are available during the winter season from 1 December to 31 March, and can be perfectly combined with a relaxing sauna experience after a day outdoors.
Mustan Sauna – A traditional seaside sauna in Raahe
Mustan Sauna is a public seaside sauna located in the Mustan area of Pikkulahti, Raahe. Set right by the sea, it offers an authentic Finnish sauna experience combined with refreshing swims in the water – all year round.
The sauna is open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A single-entry ticket for sauna and swimming costs 10€, with discounted multi-entry passes available. Children under 12 can enjoy the sauna free of charge when accompanied by a guardian.

Ouluntulli ice swimming saunas – Sauna and swimming all year round
Ouluntulli Ice Swimming Saunas offer an easy and authentic Finnish sauna experience in a unique rock quarry setting, open 24/7. The area features a public self-service sauna as well as a private sauna for small groups, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing sauna moment at any time.
The saunas are heated with traditional wood-burning stoves and warm up quickly. In winter, you can step straight from the sauna into the ice swimming hole carved into the rock quarry for an invigorating contrast experience. In summer, the area becomes a popular swimming spot, where visitors can cool off in the clear water and even jump into the quarry from the surrounding rocks.
