The Huushollerska Product Collection from the Trade House of Lang

The Huushollerska Product Collection has been designed and handcrafted at the Trade House of Lang.

The collection includes products that have long been used in Lang’s kitchen, such as Huushollerska’s Salad Dressing and Rhubarb Jam, as well as newer creations developed by the Huushollerska (housekeeper) to reflect the culinary traditions of the Raahe region. These include specialties such as Sea Buckthorn Fudge and Tar Mustard.

All products are carefully prepared with love in Lang’s kitchen using the finest ingredients.

Huushollerska products are available at the shop in Lang’s Café as well as through Lang’s online store.
