Shadow Coaching Group

Unleash your potential with shadow work!

The Shadow Coaching Group meets every Thu 6:30-8pm to discuss the shadow aspects of our psyche with the intetion to liberate ourselves to live our best lives.

The group is based on Jungian shadow work and coaching. The group is lead by Life Coach and Neurocoach Anna Paldanius, who has been a practitioner of shadow work for a decade.

You can participate in just one session, or join us each week. Participation fee 25 € per person includes refreshment. You don’t need to book in advance.
