Deep Healing Sound Journey: Singing Bowl Therapy & Gentle Movement

Singing bowl deep relaxation is a group relaxation session. During the hour, you’ll get to descend into a state of deep relaxation on a yoga mat, under a blanket, with a pillow under your head, carried by the harmonious resonance of singing bowls. Your entire body can release tensions and your mind can let go of hurry. Stress relief is possible through the low, relaxing vibrations of the sounds. Down to listen to crystal bowls, koshi bells, kongs and the deeply relaxing sound of Tibetan sound bowls.
The harmonious soundscape of the bowls, similar to nature’s own relaxing and harmonizing soundscape – the whisper of wind, the ripple of a stream, the rustle of trees – naturally activates our parasympathetic nervous system and creates space for letting go and feeling good.

The gentle sound of a singing bowl resonates for a long time, and its tone calms the mind. The sound also resonates at the cellular level, relaxing and balancing energy centers or chakras, and the sound bath brings comprehensive harmony and a serene state to the whole body and mind.
I recommend combining the relaxation with gentle movement at the beginning, for example with easy hatha yoga movements/meridian stretches, where the body and mind gain mobility and relaxation. The relaxation can also be done sitting down depending on the space available.
