Guided Winter Swimming

Welcome to guided winter swimming experience in the Oulu river at the Tuira beach. First we warm up walking briskly in nearby park together with the guide. The guide will tell you the fundamental information of winter swimming and its safety. Then we go to dressing rooms (women and men have their own) to change to swimming suits and then we take a dip in ice cold water with the guide. You need your own swimming suit and towel.
