Finnish archipelago buffet
The sea breeze brings the finest flavours of the archipelago to Hovi’s table: cured whitefish tartare, smoked roach mousse, Hovi’s traditional pickled Baltic herring, mustard herring, tar-flavoured herring, smoked salmon potato salad, new potatoes, archipelago bread and plenty of other delicious treats.
For the main course, enjoy a creamy salmon soup, followed by strawberry cake with coffee or tea.
