Boat trip to the island of Röyttä in Ii
Ii Röyttä is an excellent destination for a day trip, thanks to its lively history and beautiful nature. It can only be reached by boat in open water, and this excursion will give you an easy way to experience the island’s wonderful atmosphere.
Röyttä has been inhabited since the Middle Ages, first as a fishermen’s base, later as a timber loading point. Today, the island is used by boating clubs and for recreational purposes.
The excursion will take a half-hour boat trip to the island, where you can explore the island’s nature and landscapes by yourself. A nature trail allows you to walk around and explore the island. The island has a nature trail, campfire sites and an outhouse. The duration of the island visit is approximately two hours, but can be arranged as required.
On the same trip we can also visit Satakari Island, where there is an excellent swimming spot.

The trip can be attended by eight people in addition to the skipper. The trip is not accessible, but wheelchair access is possible from the departure harbour. There is currently no access to Röyttä for disabled access.
The departure point is at a marina in Ii to be agreed with the customer. This is influenced by the customer’s wishes and the weather. Iisland cabin guests are picked up from the beach of the cabin or right nearby.
