Brewery Tour & Beer Tasting Experience

Hailuodon Panimo is Finland’s first organic brewery, producing handcrafted beers from locally grown organic barley malt and exceptionally soft groundwater in the heart of the island.
The guided brewery tour offers a rare opportunity to experience authentic Finnish craft beer culture at its source — in a small-scale, independent brewery where production, storytelling and tasting come together in one seamless visit.
Located on Finland’s third largest island — and the largest island in the Bothnian Bay — Hailuoto provides a distinctive setting that combines maritime heritage, local culture and a strong sense of place.
From September 2026 onwards, Hailuoto will be accessible by bridge, making travel to the island even smoother and more convenient for groups.
The entire island is recognized as one of Finland’s national landscapes, known for its historic buildings and distinctive maritime environment.
The brewery tour begins in the cozy loft of the atmospheric Pub & Shop, where guests are introduced to the story of Hailuodon Panimo and the beer-making process while tasting four different organic beers.
Afterwards, the tour continues to the production facilities, and at the end guests have the opportunity to shop in the brewery store.
The experience lasts approximately 1.5–2 hours.
