Recreation days for organizations in Sanginjoki and Rokua - Naturest

We offer nature-based recreation days for work communities, private groups and assosiations. Our home base is an old Foresr ranger’s house, Loppula, at Sanginjoki Nature Reserve and we operate in Rokua Geopark as well. Also, we can bring our services to any places in Northern Ostrobothnia, if needed.

The day could include for example forest yoga, snacks by the campfire, learning from nature and/or nature skills, handicrafts, recovering and lowering stress-levels through nature. For groups seeking a more active experience, we can also offer a fun and engaging forestry skills challenge.

Our experts are specialized for excample in body and mind well-being, forest pedagogy, safety, wilderness skills and recovery.

Programmes can be organised year-round, in all four seasons.
Pricing is determined based on group size, content and duration.
